Basketball - HORSE with no elimination
This is a basketball shooting game with no elimination unlike the traditional way the game is played. It is simply done like this. If you shoot a shot that the player who follows you misses ... You earn a letter. The first one to spell the word wins. It is a much better alternative to the traditional way of playing.

We usually do three sets of bands per group. When you try to do the whole class in one group you can get a lot of log jams. Jump Bands provide a lot of exercise for all. They are a good option when PE teachers have to give up their gym ... can be done outside or in small spaces.
Bean Bag 100 Using HopScotch Mats

This is a bean bag game much like Cornhole. First one to 100 wins and they must land exactly on 100. Our focus is oppositional throwing. The advantage of using the Hopscotch mat is cost and ease of moving and setting them up. They don’t take up very much room in a car or storage if you want to take the game with you on a trip or vacation.

In this activity students work on isolated skills of jump, hop, leap or some combination of those skills. Students have been working on these skills and know how they should be done. Partners who are watching will give a thumb grade and be able to explain to their partner why they gave them that grade. Analysis is a higher level thinking skill that we want to use whenever we can.

the pacer test was hard because my P.E was going hard on us he want us to beat a the fast kid in the school in 1 grade 2 grade 3 grade 4 grade and 5 grade I was 2nd place because one girl beat me and on my team I only got 1st place 4 time I quit at pacer 20 but the pacer end at 21 I just 1 more pacer to beat but I was best because the one girl end the test at 19 so I beat her 1 step far but end at one step far to beat me so she went 2nd team and I went 1st place! a long story about how to win the pacer
It’s the funniest thing to watch when the sharks grab someone’s feet to try to pull them under. The swimmer’s hands go up and they slide under the parachute like someone sinking underwater in slow motion, usually with a silly look on their face.
I hate this pacers test. I did it not too long ago and I get so nauseous when I do it. My grade is literally a C because I can’t do them. My legs don’t get tired and I can still breath but I always get extremely nauseous. What is wrong with me??? Why cant I do it??. I can run a mile in 6 minutes BUT CANT DO THE PACERS!!?? I BREATHE PROPERLY and I’m not nervous…. I just don’t understand why this happens to me!!!
Every person has a set of weakness. Clearly you are a good runner but the pacer is something that’s isn’t your cup of tea. I hope things have gotten better
